This is more of a teen fashion shop full of in-fashion, cheap but well made clothes and accessories. Great for 13-19 year olds :)

Depending on which store u enter there is teen fashion/accessory store on Rue de Marche by Place de la Fusterie and a larger store for all ages, men and kids. However, you may already have this at home (maybe even cheaper than the Geneva prices as well).
High-fashion watches that may not be as well known as Swatch but are more chunky and teen-style - very easy to love. There are lots of colours to choose from as well!
This high-fashion watch shop is very well-known and easy to recognise. They are thinner than Ice Watch and comes in different materials, plastic, metal, fabric and leather. There are lots of colours and patterns to choose from as well and they give good service!
A nice department store with good brands and concessions such as Swatch, Esprit, Geox, Boss, Thomas Sabo and Tommy Hilfiger. Really nice homeware department upstairs (must visit at Holiday time for the tree decorations), luxury food department downstairs and a really busy restaurant open all day. But be careful, the prices are high!
A high-fashion clothes shop suiting specially the young teens, 13-16 year old would fit perfectly into this shop. The only down side is that the clothes are actually very small, not the best sizing scale. But they are well made and cheap!
UMMMM... Just one of my personal favorite chocolate shops. Yeah, Lindt is my favorite type of swiss chocolate but this is a chocolate shop - Lindt has no shops, its just stocked everywhere.
A resturant/shop (YES ITS BOTH) with really lovely clothes for men & women and accessories that can be bought to wear at work as well as being the sort of thing that is comfortable to wear at home or a party - the perfect combination.
A high fashion store with lots of clothes that you and your Mr or Mrs can wear. The advertisements always picture a couple - but you know you can just buy whatever outfit suits you best but not one for your partner, just be careful about that though :)
This is more of a sporty 20+ years old sorta shop. Mostly known for their Swiss Army knives. This shop has great outdoor clothing and also sells really good travel bags and backpacks or just swim shorts. Suprisingly enough it has watches and accessories as well.
This is a high end casual clothes and accessories store. Mainly known for their casual, 'rock star' style clothing and are creative in their designs and fabrics. There is an outlet store on Grand Rue which is worth checking out.
Like relaxing in the bath smelling lavender? like using rose smelling shampoo or shower gel? Yeah, well come over here.
The perfect little patisserie that have wonderfully tasting cakes and, what it is most well known for, macaroons. I recommend this shop for those who are feeling peckish for something sweet, though be careful about the price :D They do birthday cakes too - rose and lychee flavour cake in a heart shape - swoon.
A really cute little jewelry and accessory shop in Plainpalais. The owner named the shop after her daughter! I have a some beaded bracelets from here, really nice.
So this is another (my personal favorite) notebook/pens etc shop that is right in the middle of town :) nice cards and calendars all in bright colours.
So yeah, the first Cos store is now open (it wasn't a few weeks ago - so its new. Its got great service right now I went to see it - YAY!). The clothes are really great quality that will make you stand out, or not depending on what you choose. So find the opening date and come over!
You guys MUST have heard about or seen some of this jewelers work? This guy used to design jewelry for Cartier! There are lots of cheap copies of the Dihn Van disc necklaces but they are just not as good as the real Dihn Van ones. Explore this for a high-end jeweler that just perfectionizes (yeah if thats a word, but you get what I mean) your outfit.
Bon Genie, which means Good Engineering in French, is a womens AND mens clothing/accessory shop that is just a must go to especially as it is right in the middle of town ... its not cheap but is worth a wander round. If you head for the top floor there is a good young persons area with make up, clothes and accessories.
Kids? Expecting kids? This is the place to go. When your kids walk in here - let them go mad, but you may not want them to buy the whole shop cuz they would if they could! This is my childhood toy-shop.

Chanel, surely you know what this shop is full of. Make-up, bags, clothes and a lot of other wonderfully nice-looking luxurious things. Brilliant for the ladies ;P
A French fashion and luggage house founded in 1854, like a history lesson xD. Nahhh this luxury MODERN shop is expensive, but its french, and you're on holiday. Sooo...?
Ummmm... yeah another really special stationery store for the writers :D they have good rubber stamps, artsy designed notebooks and very special linen bound photo albums in different sizes that can be printed with personal names and messages.
Ok I admit. I'm a bit OVER THE TOP when it comes to chocolate. But you know what. I DON'T CARE. This expert Chocolaterie is in Carouge (you must venture into Carouge) and as well as unusual chocolates you can buy the best moelleux de chocolate in town - the best. You should just come to Geneva for all the chocolate eating. Trust me.
Hmmm guess what? It's not just another chocolaterie BUT also a patissierie/boulangerie/cafe. Its my personal favourite cuz it does serve loads of little somethings with chocolate on them! But yeah they have other deliciousnesses like croissants with crab, tartines with goats cheese, pignons with passion fruit ...
CHOCOLATE FTW (For The Win...) GUYS. I can't live without chocolate, yes thats bad but really. HOW good IS it? Plus I live in Geneva. What place does better chocolate than Geneva?
Chocolate again, this one is a great shop for chocolate, patisseries and coffee and urrr CAKES I could go on but i'll leave it here. You get the point right?
Chocolate ... buy a selection (or just a small piece) of the slabs of chocolate they have in the window - my favourite milk chocolate with cornflakes, white chocolate with raspberries ...
Ok so are you a writer? either professionally or just for fun? yeah course a lot of people are switching to using computers to write stuff on. But some people do prefer taking notes or writing things down on paper, it works and its so much quicker - and there is less chance of losing it all. This is really top quality stationery, personally printed stuff, classy cards and lots more.
All right, all right there are a lot of girly clothing and fashion shops that I'm recommending BUT there isn't THAT much for guys and I do point out those shops that are. This is one. Girls upstairs, boys downstairs. So yeah you've probably guessed right, another great fashionable clothing shop that is worth recommending but prices are high high high but you'll find brands nowhere else stocks.
Well I didn't exactly learn from my mistakes did I when I said I've recommended a lot of girly fashion shops? Yeah well this one is yet another one. I really like the fashion in this one I think it really cool, but its too expensive for me - I am just a teen - so I don't really dare to look into this shop but if you like neat styles with girly finishes this is for you.
L'h'etre, nice, calm, delicate. All things to describe the look and feel of the shop and shop products. Yeah more jewelry and clothes, but this is a small swiss shop, not one of those big ones :D and the scarves are to die for.
A department store. Interesting, has a food supermarket which sells a lot of international food. A rooftop resturant called Manora which has a decent view and yummy food all day. Its got really good artsy-looking school equipment (just before september and of course through september). There are loads of things here, you can buy almost everything, and the prices aren't too high - it is pretty cool.
A swiss LUXURY watch maker, and jeweler. Yeah, expensive but so worth it. Founded in Geneva obviously xD
Ok, jewelry? You MUST love great jewelry or maybe just buy it for your partner or friend (in this case a joint present - for your friend of course - cuz your partner is worth it) . Yup, there are loads of shops to choose from when it comes to jewelry in Geneva but this is one of the best and they design and make on the premises so you can make little adjustments to make sure its perfect for you.
A good selection of perfume, make up and toiletries here :D.
You all know who and what this shop represents and sells. Steve Jobs and the modern world of course. Yeah I really don't think I need to explain much more ... the prices here are good so no real need to wait until you get back home to purchase.
This is a gorgeous little jewelry shop in Carouge where the owner, Julia, designs all her own work and showcases them here in Geneva. She will design something specially for you - if you ask her and all at really reasonable prices!
Genevan designer with pretty jewelry using chakra designs and has a range designed for her by Zaha Hadid.
Gourmet Food? Fauchon Food. See what I did there? yeah well we gotta love a French Gourmet. The packaging here is really beautiful and inventive lots of hearts, gold, hot pink and so make brilliant gifts to take home.
This wonderful patisserie also has a cafe sort of thing to go along with it. With warm Plat Du Jours (Dish of the day), soups, salads and sandwiches this patisserie should really go in the food section. But i'll put it here as well :)
Beautiful jewelry shop in the old town, featuring a few special designers. Come if you have the money.
Its a.... large New York warehouse style boutique selling fashiony things for men and women - Superdry, Scotch & Soda, Maison Scotch, Converse and lots of other new young brands. They have a really cool nail varnish dispenser machine. I love it :)
